Hi! I’m Sara. I’m a non diet health & wellness coach.

I specialise in coaching women to achieve their health goals without dieting. I won’t weigh you, measure you or tell you to count calories. I won’t make you do a crazy workout plan (unless you want to!).

I want to help you heal your relationship with food, movement and body image. We can rebuild it with body acceptance and self-love being your strong foundation.

How do we get there?

Coaching is not prescriptive and is always 100% client-led - as your coach, I am there to ask questions, hold space and allow you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Some questions might feel uncomfortable and some will ask you to explore your future. Occasionally, with your permission, I may step in as your mentor. Rest assured, you are in control - you will set your own goals, you will come up with the strategies, we explore them together and I will provide you with the support to create lasting habits.

Actual Coaching - We will meet via online video chat or over the telephone, this where we really drill down into the things that are most important to you.

Check-Ins - If you choose the Dream Team Package, you will have access to me between meetings via a weekly written check-in so you can bring up any burning questions.

Homework - I will give you homework to help you explore some of the topics we cover - this might include reading, journalling, listening to podcasts, watching videos, trying meditation and completing workbooks. Please remember that there will be work for you to do outside of our sessions - it takes time and dedication to create lasting change.

Who will be my coach?

Hi! I’m Sara!

I have spent my whole life collecting experiences and qualifications to enable me to be the best coach for you on this journey.

Qualifications, you ask? I’m a certified nutrition, health & wellness coach who specialises in the non diet approach and women’s health. I’m a Level 3 personal trainer who trains women to be strong in both 1-on-1 and group settings. I also worked for years in food as a trained pastry chef so I’m good at meal planning and recipe creation.

I also have a wealth of personal experiences that will help me relate to you in a unique way. I lost my Mum at 24, struggled through years of grief, I’ve had problems with disordered eating and excessive exercise, drastic weight loss, inevitable weight gain, anxiety, depression, fertility treatment, miscarriage, big job changes and all the good stuff in between.
